Rainbow trout products
Since we have our own brood stock, we have fish available from fry up to 3 lbs. Availability varies depending on the season.
Dressed Rainbow Trout
Most of our dressed fish are set aside for Albion Fisheries in Vancouver for distribution to restaurants and stores. However, customers may order fish for pick up at the farm. The minimum order is 10 lbs. Price available upon request.
Smoked Rainbow Trout
We have our fish smoked in a Federally certified facility using our recipe. The finished product is vacuum packed, so has a shelf life, in the freezer of two years. We do not keep a large inventory of smoked product, so please check to see what we have on hand or when we will be smoking again. Prices on smoked products available upon request.
Hot Smoked Trout - These are sides of boned trout with a crushed pepper topping.
Cold Smoked Trout - This product a ‘lox’ style, sliced and layered for easy use.
Candied Trout - These chunks of trout are lightly candied and smoked. Great on salads
